Ask Period Health Clinic before booking.

Everything you're wondering about visits, pricing, telehealth, and who we care for — in plain language. If you don't see your question here, we're just an email away.

Quick answers

How visits, pricing, and care actually work.

No fine print to decipher. If you're unsure whether telehealth is right for you, or what a visit costs, this section covers it.

Ready when you are — book a visit

No. You can come as you are, with whatever you're experiencing and whatever questions you have. You do not need to arrive with the perfect words or a diagnosis already in hand — that's exactly why this clinic exists.

If something about your cycle is affecting your life — pain, bleeding, fatigue, irregularity, uncertainty about a life stage — you belong here. We care for the whole menstrual story, from questions before a first period through painful or irregular cycles, endometriosis, pregnancy planning, postpartum change, perimenopause, and menopause.

Board-certified Ob/Gyn Dr. Margo Harrison. Every visit is a private video appointment with her — not a chatbot, not a questionnaire, not a rushed few minutes. She leads care directly.

Online, by secure private video. It doesn't feel like a cold telehealth screen — the format creates room for a focused conversation, and the relationship stays personal, attentive, and accountable.

Visits & pricing

Clear answers about cost and appointments.

Your cost is set by how long you choose: $239 for 25 minutes, $289 for 40, and $339 for 55, with time built into the schedule between visits. You'll see the full price before you book — and that price is the whole price. No memberships, no surprise bills, no charge you haven't seen first.

We don't bill insurance directly yet — that's coming. Visits are paid by card, and HSA and FSA cards work. After every visit you receive a superbill (a detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. You'll receive a written estimate (a Good Faith Estimate) when you book — it's your right under federal law and the No Surprises Act. Lab costs are also shared with you before anything is drawn.

When testing is part of your plan, we order exactly what's needed — no bloated panels. Most lab workups cost $40–$250 depending on the tests, billed transparently. You can walk into any Labcorp or Quest location in Colorado, and results come back to your doctor and your patient portal.

Please give us 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone else. Late cancellations and missed visits are charged a fee that's disclosed at booking.

Quick questions about your care plan between visits are included — that's part of being our patient. When a message becomes real medical care (new symptoms, a treatment decision), we'll let you know before anything is billed: it becomes a $39 message consult or a follow-up visit. You'll never be surprised by a charge.

Telehealth & who we care for

Where we work, and when to see someone in person.

We're a telehealth practice for patients located in Colorado at the time of their visit. Virtual care is currently available to Colorado state residents only.

Yes — teens are welcome with a parent or guardian. Part of every teen visit can be one-on-one with the doctor, so a young person can ask her own questions privately and comfortably.

For menstrual issues, a careful history is a genuinely powerful diagnostic tool — and it's what we do best. When you need hands-on evaluation, we'll refer you to trusted in-person care and send your records ahead so you're not starting from scratch.

Telehealth has limits, and we're honest about them. Severe sudden pelvic pain, heavy bleeding with dizziness or fainting, pregnancy complications, or any emergency needs in-person care now — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If it's urgent but not an emergency, call your local urgent care or, if you're in crisis, 988.

You'll receive a written plan after the appointment. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy the same day when treatment calls for them. Your results are reviewed with clear explanations — no cryptic portal numbers left hanging. And a superbill is yours to submit to insurance if you like.
