Visits & pricing

Your time, your pace.
Period Health Clinic is here.
One clear price.

Choose 25, 40, or 55 minutes and your price follows: $239, $289, or $339, with time built into the schedule so every visit runs on time. Every visit is a private video appointment with a board-certified physician who treats menstrual health — from your first period to your last.

Our pricing promise: no memberships, no surprise bills, no charge you haven't seen first. You'll receive a written estimate when you book (your right under federal law), and a detailed receipt — a "superbill" — after every visit that you can send to your insurance for possible reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards welcome.

Beyond the visit

Care that continues between visits.

Treatment rarely ends in one appointment. Messaging and labs work together to keep your plan moving as your body and your story change.

Messaging — included, then $39

Quick questions about your care plan between visits are included — that's part of being our patient. When a message conversation turns into real medical care, we'll let you know before anything is billed: it becomes either a $39 message consult in the portal, or a follow-up visit if it deserves face-to-face time. You'll never be surprised by a charge.

Lab testing

When testing is part of your plan, we order exactly what's needed — no bloated panels. Most of our lab workups cost $40–$250 depending on the tests, billed transparently. You can walk into any Labcorp or Quest location in Colorado, and results come back to your doctor and your patient portal.

Every visit includes

What's built into every appointment.

A board-certified physician — not a chatbot, not a questionnaire, not a rushed 7 minutes

Time to actually tell your story, and a written plan you'll receive after the visit

Prescriptions sent to your pharmacy the same day, when treatment calls for them

A superbill (detailed receipt) you can submit to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement

Review of your results with clear explanations — no cryptic portal numbers left hanging

A referral to trusted in-person care whenever you need hands-on evaluation — with your records sent ahead

A few honest details

Clear about how this works.

Your visit cost is set by how long you choose — $239 for 25 minutes, $289 for 40, or $339 for 55, with time built into the schedule so visits run on time. We are a telehealth practice for patients located in Colorado at the time of their visit. We don't bill insurance directly yet (that's coming) — visits are paid by card, and HSA/FSA cards work.

If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone else; late cancellations and missed visits are charged a fee disclosed at booking.

You'll receive a Good Faith Estimate of costs when you schedule, as required by the No Surprises Act.

When not to book with us

Telehealth has limits — and we're honest about them.

Severe sudden pelvic pain, heavy bleeding with dizziness or fainting, pregnancy complications, or any emergency needs in-person care now — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If it's urgent but not an emergency, call your local urgent care or, if you're in crisis, 988.
