Superbill for insurance
After every visit, you get a detailed receipt — a 'superbill' — you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You'll receive a written estimate of costs when you schedule — your right under federal law and the No Surprises Act.
HSA & FSA welcome
Visits are paid by card, and Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards work.
Lab costs in advance
Most lab workups run $40–$250 depending on the tests. You'll see the cost before anything is drawn.
No direct insurance billing (yet)
We don't bill insurance directly yet — that's coming. For now, you pay by card and submit your superbill yourself if you'd like reimbursement. We'll keep you in the loop as this changes.

Cancellation: please give us 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone else. Late cancellations and missed visits are charged a fee disclosed at booking.
